Features of aluminum extruded radiator:

The furnace heats the aluminum ingot at high temperature and extrudes the aluminum rod, and then injects the aluminum rod into the mold with grooves to make the radiator embryo, and then carries out subsequent processing (CNC, deburring, drilling, tapping, polishing, wire drawing, surface treatment, rivet pin, packaging).

Advantages of aluminum extruded radiator:

The aluminum alloy itself is soft and easy to process, with low cost. It is an excellent thermal material widely used in modern heat dissipation. Most of the industry uses 6063 T5 high-quality aluminum, and its purity can reach more than 98%.

Disadvantages of aluminum extruded radiator:

Limited by its material and extrusion capacity, the ratio of thickness to length of radiator blade cannot exceed 1:18.

Process capability of aluminum extruded radiator:

The largest extruder tonnage is 6000ton.

The maximum size of extruded blanks is about 550mm (width) * 150mm (height).
