Due to the use of high precision cutting technology, integrated forming, compared with other processing technology, the same volume of raw materials can be cut to a larger heat dissipation area, heat transfer performance is more stable, compared with the chip radiator can improve the heat dissipation efficiency of 10-30%, so as to greatly improve the heat dissipation efficiency and prolong the service life of heating components.
Because the tooth and the substrate belong to the same material, there is no contact thermal resistance between the heat dissipation tooth and the substrate, the tooth height and the tooth spacing ratio is very large (copper can reach 25, aluminum can reach 60), so that the heat dissipation fin is thin and dense after cutting, greatly increasing the heat dissipation area. Even if the air volume is reduced again, the radiator can still achieve a good heat dissipation effect, and then greatly reduce the noise generated by the fan, and can disperse a lot of heat in the limited space to meet the requirements of heat dissipation.
